This retreat will give you a chance to learn more about yoga, try different meditation methods, and enjoy the purifying effects of bio-gourmet cuisine. You'll also get massages and treatments to help your body, mind, and emotions feel better, which will help you be healthier overall.
Program
Daily yoga classes to increase your body awareness and to benefit from its multiple effects. During the stay, different practices and styles will be introduced; Daily massage or 60-minute therapy to improve your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health; 60 minute daily meditation sessions where you´ll experience a range of different techniques and meditation disciplines;
Accommodation & Food
Participants will stay in comfortable rooms with a choice of categories (Double Room, Triple Room, and Suite), all within the tranquil setting, with views of Strandzha Mountain, Nestinarka Beach, or our garden. The retreat includes a half board with a gourmet bio diet based on fresh organic products and wild fish, enhancing health and rejuvenation.
